Korg Polysix editor

PostSun Jan 01, 2017 7:36 pm

Hello, I am interested in purchasing Midi Quest and am wondering, how does Midi Quest interface with a Korg Polysix? I am hoping to get some input on what specific Midi kits this was tested with. The Polysix of course has no MIDI in or out whatsoever, so I am guessing it would need to be modded with a Kiwisix or a Modysix or something similar to that effect?

Hoping to get any kind of official input on this, thanks!

I believe that the Polysix editor that is current available is based on SysEx from Korg itself. I believe they did release a version of this hardware that has MIDI and SysEx support. There is also an editor under development specifically for the KiwiSix but it has not yet been released.
