Hi All:

I've recently migrated to a new Mac, running OSX 10.12.6. I have the latest version of MIDIQuest installed (I redownloaded and resinstalled).

I was hoping that using the Apple Migration tool would end up with "everything just working", but it didn't. That's cool - I'm willing to reinstall the profiles for the devices that I have.

That said, the issue is this. When I begin to install the profiles, I get the attached message every time. I've reinstalled and get the same results. My gut tells me this is a "you have to completely uninstall" issue, but I'm asking for assistance here.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Go in to the following folder:

/users/<username>/Library/Preferences

and you will find the file: SoundQuestPreferences.ini

Put this file in the trash. Run Midi Quest.

You should now be good to go....
